• Avimetal was founded in Zhongguancun, Beijing, launching the venture of advanced metal powder materials;

• Put the first set of EIGA furnace MT-E50 into production;

2016

• Established Hebei subsidiary;

• Put the first set of VIGA furnace MT-V100 into production;

• Participated in the revision of China's first aerospace standard for metal additive manufacturing.

2017

• Successfully developed titanium alloy powder TA15 for aerospace equipment, achieving import substitution;

• Developed superalloy powder for C919 large aircraft engine, entering the supplier system.

2018

• Established Jiangsu and Guangdong subsidiary;

• Developed the first set of PREP furnace MT-P2500;

• Put VIGA furnace MT-V250 into production;

• Put research oriented SLM equipment MT-250 into production.

2019

• Company headquarters moved to Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone;

• Designed and developed the first PA furnace MT-P100 in China;

• Got approved to build the "Technology Innovation Center for Additive Manufacturing and New Materials in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area";

• Put research-oriented SLM equipment MT-CL M2 into production.

2020

• Jiangsu subsidiary moved to new location and production base started operation;

• Established Hongkong subsidiary;

• Designed and developed the first set of high-capacity VIGA furnace MT-V500;

2021

• Put 500kg high-capacity VIGA furnace MT-V500 into production;

• Made a breakthrough of key technology IN718 in the China-Europe Horizon 2020 aviation science and technology cooperation project;

• Received the title of "Small Giant" enterprise of national specialization and innovation;

• Got approved to build Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center of New Metal Powder for Additive Manufacturing;

• Delineated the development strategy of "14th Five-Year Plan" and entered the field of additive equipment

2022

• Received strategic investment of nearly 300 million RMB from Beijing Municipal State-Owned Enterprise Jingcheng Machinery & Electric, lauching a new journey;

2023

• Designated as an enterprise under the Science and Technology Reform Program by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council

• Undertake the task of the subject of the national key research and development project "Research on the Preparation Technology of High-quality Airworthy Titanium Alloy Powder"

• Selected into the "List of Typical Application Scenarios of Additive Manufacturing in 2023" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China

• Independently and successfully developed the large-scale ultra-high-speed "Plasma Rotating Electrode Atomization Powder Production Equipment AVI-PREP-3W"

• Unblocked the technical route for the crushing and refinement of titanium

2024
