AVIMETAL Metal Additive Manufacturing Industrial Park Phase III Commences Operations
Xuzhou, China — September 28, 2026 — AVIMETAL, a leading integrated metal additive manufacturing solutions provider, announced that Phase III of its Metal Additive Manufacturing Industrial Park in Xuzhou Konggang Economic Development Zone has officially entered operations, with new metal powder and LPBF equipment production lines now installed, commissioned, and ramping up production. This milestone completes the strategic integration of AVIMETAL's materials and equipment businesses, reinforcing its full-stack metal 3D printing technology innovation and industrialization foundation.
Strategic Capacity Expansion for Advanced Applications
The AVIMETAL Industrial Park, launched in 2020, spans over 300 mu (approximately 200,000 m²) with a planned construction area of 200,000 m². Phase III adds 2,000 tons of titanium alloy and superalloy powder capacity and integrates the company's printing equipment production lines into the park, achieving an annual capacity of 300 units. The total operational area now reaches 100,000 m².

The park brings together alloy raw materials, metal powders, metal 3D printing equipment, powder atomization furnaces, and application services into a fully integrated industrial ecosystem. With consolidated R&D, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics functions, the park is positioned to better serve aerospace, consumer electronics, automotive, new energy, industrial tooling, biomedical, thermal management, and humanoid robotics applications.

Materials and Equipment Integration for Synergistic Services
Phase III includes a new R&D office building and three standard workshops, further optimizing the park's business and functional layout. On the metal powder side, over 20 new atomization production lines have been added, primarily for the large-scale production of titanium alloy and superalloy powders, alongside industrializing titanium scrap recycling to enhance global titanium powder supply capability and support customers' cost reduction and carbon neutrality goals.

On the equipment side, the existing mature equipment workshop has been fully relocated into the park for deep integration with the materials business. Production lines are now in place, with installation, commissioning, and print validation testing underway for more than 10 equipment models. The maximum build size reaches 1,500mm, covering multi-laser configurations. Process parameter package development, quality traceability system construction, and capacity enhancement are being advanced in parallel to meet multi-size, high-precision, customized, and scalable manufacturing demands.

Technology Innovation for Sustained Supply Advantage
As a core service provider of industrial-grade metal 3D printing materials, equipment, and application solutions, AVIMETAL will continue to increase R&D investment and capacity construction. The company is targeting an annual capacity of 10,000 tons of metal powder and 1,000 printing systems, focusing on open-source additive manufacturing alloy design, atomization powder preparation, and high-precision laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) forming technologies. The goal is to build an intelligent, green, and integrated LPBF metal 3D printing smart factory.
With Phase III now operational, AVIMETAL will continue to strengthen technological innovation, global delivery, and open collaboration, driving the transition from capacity expansion to full-ecosystem supply and creating value for customers across the global metal additive manufacturing industry.
