AVIMETAL Showcases Full-Chain Metal Additive Manufacturing Solutions at Expo 3D Istanbul 2025

2026-09-28
Istanbul, Turkey — September 17–19, 2025 — AVIMETAL, a leading provider of integrated metal additive manufacturing solutions, successfully exhibited at Expo 3D Istanbul, presenting its full-chain capabilities spanning high-performance metal powders, industrial LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) systems, and diversified industrial applications tailored to the EMEA manufacturing market.
🚀 From Prototyping to Mass Production: Real-World Applications on Display
Addressing core demands across automotive, biomedical, consumer electronics, home appliances, and aerospace sectors, AVIMETAL showcased a series of production-ready additive manufacturing applications.
For rapid prototyping, the company presented precision copper heat sinks with fine honeycomb structures, lightweight hollow robotic limb components, and high-precision porous acetabular cups, all achieving industry-leading accuracy and stability. For batch production, the MT400M/S system demonstrated stacked printing of 24 automotive connecting brackets in 144 hours with 35–75% weight reduction, and 2,248 mobile phone hinge covers in 60 hours, achieving 40% weight reduction and 15% strength improvement over conventional CNC processes.
⚙️ MT280 and MT400M/S LPBF Systems Draw Strong Interest
AVIMETAL's multi-size, multi-laser LPBF metal 3D printing systems garnered extensive attention from overseas visitors. The MT280, MT400M, and MT400S industrial printers feature variable beam shaping and ring beam technologies with flexible 60/80μm spot size options, supporting applications from high-precision prototyping to small-batch and large-scale production. Several initial cooperation intentions were reached during the exhibition.
🧪 Multi-Process Metal Powders for Diverse Industrial Scenarios
AVIMETAL exhibited nine categories of metal powders produced via VIGA, EIGA, and PREP atomization routes. These materials cover aerospace hot-end component alloys (GH4169, GH3536, GH3625), automotive lightweight and structural materials (TC4, TA15, AlSi10Mg, 316L, DV06), consumer electronics high-strength materials (MIM-TC4, 100% recycled TC4), AI thermal management materials (Cu, CuCrZr, Al300), and biomedical materials (CoCrMoW, CoCrMo, NiCr), providing overseas customers with comprehensive material selection solutions.
During the exhibition, AVIMETAL's overseas team engaged in in-depth discussions with global industrial users on metal 3D printing materials, equipment, and process technologies. The company remains committed to iterating and upgrading its integrated metal additive manufacturing service capabilities to empower global industrial users in their intelligent manufacturing upgrade.
