Corrax Die Steel Powder

Corrax is a type of time hardened stainless steel. Compared with other die steel alloys, it has excellent corrosion resistance. Heat treatment has little effect on the corrosion resistance of materials. Its hardness range of 34-50 HRC can be achieved through heat treatment.

Applications

It is suitable for SLM mold processing such as injection molds, extrusion molds, plastic forming molds, etc.

Material characteristics

Loosse Density: ≥4 g/cm³
Tap Density: ≥4.5 g/cm³
Tensile Strength: ≥1350 MPa
Rockwell Hardness/HRC:48-52
Elongation/%:≥10%

MS1 Die Steel Powder

MS1 is a Fe-Ni alloy with ultra-low carbon content. Using carbon free or micro carbon martensite as the matrix, MS1 precipitates alloy compounds through elements such as Mo, Co, Ti, Al during aging, and finally forms a second phase reinforced ultra-high strength steel.

Applications

It is suitable for SLM processing of conformal cooling channel molds such as plastic injection molds.

Material characteristics

Loosse Density: ≥4.4 g/cm
Tap Density: ≥5 g/cm³
Tensile Strength: ≥1900 MPa
Rockwell Hardness/HRC:54-57
Elongation/%:≥4%

17-4PH Stainless Powder

17-4PH is a low-carbon, high chromium precipitation hardening stainless steel. It enhances the hardness and strength of the alloy by adding strengthening elements such as Cu and Nb, which precipitate two-phase strengthening particles such as ε-Cu and NbC during the aging process. Therefore, it has good corrosion resistance.

Applications

It is used for structural components in the industrial field.

Material characteristics

Loosse Density: ≥4 g/cm³
Tap Density: ≥4.5 g/cm³
Tensile Strength: ≥1100 MPa
Yield Strength:≥1000 MPa
Elongation/%:≥12%

316L Stainless Powder

The standard grade of 316L is 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, which mainly contains Cr, Ni, and Mo. It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially pitting resistance, and excellent work hardening performance.

Applications

It is suitable for the manufacturing of aerospace fields, such as pressure vessels or fluid containers, exhaust pipelines, storage tanks, etc.

Material characteristics

Loosse Density: ≥4.4 g/cm³
Tap Density: ≥5 g/cm³
Tensile Strength: ≥600 MPa
